Terms & Conditions

  1. One entry per person. Entrants must be over the age of 16.
  2. Maximum prize value- $2,000.
  3. Entry is only valid if made on the printed entry form available from Greencross Vet Clinics or using the online entry form found at www.vetmax.com.au . All fields in the entry form must be completed correctly to go into the draw.
  4. In order to be valid, completed entries must be submitted online or placed in the entry box provided at  Greencross Vet Clinics between 12:00AM EST  25 July, 2011 and 5:00PM EST 2 September, 2011.
  5. Entrants must be available to claim the 'Vet for a Day' prize between the dates of 12 September, 2011, and 23 September, 2011.
  6. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at midday on that day 7 business days after the closing date (or if that date is not a business day, the next business day) at the office of the promoter.
  7. Winners will be contacted by phone or email and will be published on www.VetMax.com.au and Greencrossvet.com.au and will be announced in the VetMax.com.au September newsletter.
  8. We take your privacy seriously. We will never sell or share your personal information or use it to send you SPAM.   9. We reserve the right to use the winner's likeness, name and city of residence e.g. Jane Smith of Caloundra in our promotional materials.
